Candlemass to Release EP Celebrating 40th Anniversary with Black Sabbath and Pentagram Covers

Swedish pioneers of epic doom, Candlemass, are preparing to mark their 40th anniversary with the release of a four-track EP titled Black Star, scheduled to be released on May 9.

The Black Star EP will consist of two new original songs along with covers of two iconic classics – Black Sabbath’s legendary “Sabbath Bloody Sabbath” and a rendition of Pentagram’s timeless hit, “Forever My Queen”. The EP will be offered in various formats, including a limited vinyl edition that includes a 12-page booklet, an A3 poster, and a tote bag. Fans can now place pre-orders for the EP.
