ou that. But, I think the most recent — and very uncool advice — [laughs] was to not play live music [laughs].Can you elaborate?[Laughing] Certainly no, I can’t. Let’s just leave it at that. [Laughs]Getting better every dayInhaler continues to grow and evolve, and they believe their latest album, “Open Wide,” represents a significant step forward for the band.Hewson: “I think we’ve found a way to sort of bring more of ourselves and our personalities through the music, and I think it’s closer to how we think of the band in a live setting.”Keating: “It’s pretty fresh for us, very much gestating. We’re interested in letting people know that this isn’t the end point for us. We have lots more ideas and we’re going to get going on them as soon as we’re done touring.”Their soaring ambitionsHewson and Keating take time to appreciate the success they’ve had thus far but emphasize that they are always reaching for something more. We’re always reaching, huh? Maybe we have to calm down sometimes, but we like to look at where we are now and wonder about where we get to. [Laughs] The thought of being able to do a stadium show in our hometown is an amazing feeling, dare I say it.”With their debut Florida shows happening this week, Inhaler is eager to introduce their music to a new audience.
