Ghost has made a grand return, with the black smoke signaling the crowning of Papa V Perpetua in preparation for their upcoming album, SKELETÁ, set to release on April 25th through Loma Vista Recordings. This marks their first full-length album following 2022’s IMPERA – a cause for celebration indeed.

The unveiling of “Satanized,” the band’s latest single along with a chilling music video, presents Papa V Perpetua as the newest frontman. For those who have been following the mysterious “V is Coming!” teasers, the introduction of Papa V was a highly anticipated development.

Today also brings the debut of The Satanizer, a unique music video experience designed for fans looking to be “Satanized.” The Satanizer, created in collaboration with Jason Zada (known for Elf Yourself), allows users to transform themselves into characters featured in the dramatic music video. By uploading a photo, participants will receive a personalized clip from The Satanizer, showcasing them in the video and enabling them to share their “Satanization” on social media.

For a more in-depth look behind the scenes of SKELETÁ and everything Ghost-related, Tobias Forge will make a special appearance on the MORBID podcast episode this Friday, March 7.

The tracklist for SKELETÁ includes mesmerizing titles like Peacefield, Lachryma, Guiding Lights, De Profundis Borealis, Cenotaph, Missilia Amori, Marks Of the Evil One, Umbra, and Excelsis, promising an immersive musical journey for fans.
