Sean “Diddy” Combs, the music mogul, is making serious accusations against the authorities handling his sex trafficking case, claiming they obtained search warrants through deceit. According to court documents filed by Combs’ defense team in Manhattan federal court, they allege that federal authorities misled the court by omitting crucial exculpatory evidence when applying for search warrants for Combs’ homes and electronic devices. The motion claims that the feds failed to include evidence suggesting that one alleged victim willingly participated in the controversial “Freak-Off” parties and was not coerced, as the government had portrayed.
