Creed and Nickelback have announced their joint venture, the 2025 Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival, marking a significant moment for rock music. After a successful reunion in 2024 and overwhelming fan response, Creed is gearing up for a high-energy experience celebrating the anthems of a generation. Building upon the triumph of last year’s inaugural event in San Bernardino, the festival is expanding to a two-day extravaganza in East Troy, WI, at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre. This venue holds special significance for both bands, as it marks the 25th anniversary of Creed’s first performance in 2000 and Nickelback’s debut in 2007.

The Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival will see Creed and Nickelback sharing the stage for the first time since 1999, promising back-to-back performances that will ignite the crowd. Nickelback will headline the first night, joined by +LIVE+, Daughtry, Tonic, Our Lady Peace, and Lit. The second night will feature Creed as the headliner, with a lineup including 3 Doors Down, Sevendust, Mammoth WVH, Hinder, Vertical Horizon, and Fuel. Tickets for the two-day event will be available through presale starting on February 19 and general sales on February 21, with options for parking, VIP clubs, and experiences.

Last November, Creed concluded their successful reunion tour, playing to sold-out crowds across the country, including iconic venues like Madison Square Garden. The overwhelming demand for their music has led to a resurgence in their popularity, prompting the announcement of the 2025 tour. This upcoming trek, featuring special guests like 3 Doors Down, Daughtry, Mammoth WVH, and Big Wreck on selected dates, is set to kick off in July and wrap up in August, spanning various cities across North America.

In addition to the tour, fans can expect more from the band members individually, with Scott Stapp likely to pursue solo dates to support his latest album and guitarist Mark Tremonti gearing up for a European tour. Creed’s upcoming schedule also includes the 2025 Summer of ’99 Cruise in April, featuring an impressive lineup of artists like Sevendust, Dorothy, Hoobastank, Lit, Hinder, Alien Ant Farm, and Marcy Playground. Furthermore, the band is set to perform at Stagecoach in Indio, California, alongside an eclectic mix of artists from different genres.

Nickelback, on the other hand, released their tenth studio album, Get Rollin’, in November 2022, which debuted at the top of the charts in the UK and Canada. As the 2023 Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductees, Nickelback continues to captivate audiences with their music and live performances. The collaboration between Creed and Nickelback at the 2025 Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival promises to be a memorable experience for fans of both bands, celebrating the timeless appeal of rock music and the legacy of these iconic artists.
