Crews have arrived in Margate to commence filming the BBC drama series “The Dream Lands,” an adaptation of Ramsgate author Rosa Rankin-Gee’s novel of the same name. The filming locations include sets at Arlington House and Market Square, promising a visually captivating backdrop for the series.

The TV adaptation, spearheaded by production company Sister, is scheduled to film in Margate until May 10, with stringent security measures in place at the sets. Following the filming, there will be a period of reinstatement from May 12-16 to return the sets to their original state.

Written by BAFTA award winner Kayleigh Llewellyn, the series features a stellar cast including Anna Friel, Katherine Parkinson, and newcomer Pascale Kann in the lead role of Chance.
