Josh describes the Wingle and the Wangle as mysterious elements that lurk in the background, waiting to disrupt one’s world like little black dots that scurry away but come back to cause trouble. To capture the essence of the album’s diverse genres, Josh enlisted several vocalists, including David Burgess and Mark Wheeler, to lend their voices to the tracks. This decision was made to cater to the various styles of music presented on the album, ensuring that each vocalist sang songs they enjoyed rather than being part of a rescue project.

Advance copies of The Wingle and the Wangle are currently available at Hideaway Music in Chestnut Hill and Main Street Music in Manayunk, with streaming services set to launch the album on April 14.
