He has a distinctive limp, characterized by his right leg kicking out and his right hand often held behind his back. The suspect was wearing a dark jacket with a hood, gray pants, and a face covering while carrying a white bag, possibly made of plastic.
Authorities also noted that the suspect may have sustained injuries from the explosion, such as burns, concussions, or shrapnel wounds based on his appearance.
