Last chance to purchase tickets for Mayor’s charity rock festival in Wolverhampton

There’s still a chance to grab tickets for the annual Mayors Fest happening this weekend. The event stands as a major fundraising occasion for Mayor of Wolverhampton Councillor Linda Leach’s Charitable Fund, benefiting the Beacon Centre, Age UK Wolverhampton, and The Samaritans Wolverhampton. Friday, April 4th kicks off with a show at The Giffard Arms on Victoria Street, with Doomsday Outlaw headlining the event at 7:30 pm. The main event, however, falls on Saturday, April 5th at KK’s Steel Mill on Frederick Street, starting at 1 pm. The highly sought-after band, Massive Wagons, is set to headline, boasting a track record of four consecutive albums reaching the top of the UK Rock and Metal Album charts. Joining them on stage are other bands like Virginmarys, Gin Annie, The Karma Effect, Takeaway Thieves, White Tyger, and Soul Revival. In between, acoustic acts are lined up to provide a seamless musical experience throughout the day. Finally, The Giffard Arms will host the closing gigs on Sunday, April 6th, starting at 12 pm, with Seize the Void taking the main stage.
