Rich Robinson of The Black Crowes took to the stage during the 67th GRAMMY Awards Pre-GRAMMY Gala & GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Jody Gerson in Los Angeles, California. These iconic ‘90s rockers have rescheduled a concert in Central New York, bringing fresh energy with a new album release.

The Black Crowes are set to perform at the Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, NY on Friday, August 1, 2025, starting at 8 p.m. Following the cancellation of their previous show in January due to Aerosmith’s farewell tour being called off, fans can now once again look forward to experiencing the band live. Tickets for the concert will be available for purchase from Friday, April 4 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, with presale access provided to TS Rewards members on Thursday before the general sale. Additionally, fans can find tickets on other platforms like Vivid Seats and StubHub.

The band’s recent resurgence is attributed to their latest studio album, “Happiness Bastards,” released in 2024 after a 15-year hiatus from full-length records. The album garnered critical acclaim, earning The Black Crowes a Grammy Award nomination and a nod for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction last month. A statement from the band shared, “The Black Crowes are leaving the bulls— in the past. Call it brotherly love or music destiny, but the reunion of this legendary group signifies a return to authentic, gritty rock and roll. In a landscape dominated by gloss and glitter, The Black Crowes deliver stripped-down, high-octane rhythm and blues that is raw, loud, and unapologetic.”

Brothers Chris and Rich Robinson, the driving force behind The Black Crowes, reunited in 2019 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of their seminal debut album, “Shake Your Money Maker.” Known for their array of rock hits including “Hard to Handle,” “Jealous Again,” “She Talks to Angels,” “Blackberry,” “Only a Fool,” “Twice as Hard,” and “Remedy,” the band has achieved substantial success over the years despite multiple hiatuses and splits.

In the years since their formation, the Robinson brothers have pursued various side projects like the Chris Robinson Brotherhood and the Magpie Salute. Nevertheless, the enduring chemistry and artistry between Chris and Rich continue to captivate audiences, culminating in their upcoming concert at Turning Stone Resort Casino, marking the band’s 35th anniversary.

As fans eagerly anticipate the Black Crowes’ performance in Central New York, the band’s revised schedule offers a promising glimpse into the future of rock music and the enduring legacy of a band that has left an indelible mark on the music industry.
