During the bond hearing for Yella Beezy, prosecutors presented a new video showing Mo3 being pursued by his alleged killer with a firearm on a crowded highway. This chilling incident took place in 2020 and was captured on camera. Yella Beezy, who was arrested on March 20 for capital murder and accused of orchestrating Mo3’s killing, appeared in court where the prosecution showcased the video depicting the tragic events that unfolded on Nov. 11, 2020, on Interstate 35 in Dallas.

Unlike previous footage, this newly revealed video was filmed from the viewpoint of a large truck’s dashcam. It shows Mo3 behind the wheel of a gold sedan when a black vehicle approaches him. Mo3 quickly changes lanes and stops his car completely. He exits the vehicle and moves towards the passenger side, suspicious of the black car. Suddenly, a man emerges from the black vehicle armed with a rifle and begins pursuing Mo3 while firing shots. The rapper is seen running out of the frame, closely followed by the assailant. After a brief moment, the gunman reappears on camera and retreats to his car.

Mo3, whose real name was Melvin Noble, tragically succumbed to the gunshot wounds he sustained during this harrowing incident. The video was shown during Yella Beezy’s bond hearing to bolster the argument that Beezy, who allegedly hired the shooter, poses a danger to the community and should not be granted bond. Prosecutors also disclosed in court that Beezy withdrew $40,000 from his account shortly after Mo3’s murder.

In a significant turn of events, Judge Chika Anyiam decided to lower Yella Beezy’s bond from $2 million to $750,000 but imposed strict conditions. She emphasized that Beezy must not have any contact, direct or indirect, with the victims or witnesses, and any form of harassment or intimidation will not be tolerated. Yella Beezy’s co-counsel, Toby Shook, expressed satisfaction with the judge’s decision and looks forward to defending Beezy in court.

Accused of paying Kewon White to carry out the shooting as part of an ongoing feud between the two rappers, Yella Beezy now faces serious legal ramifications. While White is currently serving a nine-year sentence on gun charges related to his arrest a month after the shooting, he has yet to stand trial for the murder of Mo3.

The release of this new video adds another layer of complexity to the tragic events surrounding Mo3’s untimely death and sheds light on the ongoing legal proceedings involving Yella Beezy and Kewon White. The shocking footage serves as a stark reminder of the risks and consequences associated with escalating tensions within the music industry.
