Country music fans, mark your calendars! Morgan Wallen has just announced the release date for his highly anticipated fourth studio album titled “I’m The Problem,” set to drop on May 16th. Wallen, a native of East Tennessee, took to social media to share the exciting news with his loyal fanbase.

The album, which will feature a total of 37 tracks, promises to be a unique blend of country, rock, and cross influences. Working closely with acclaimed producers Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome, Wallen spent nearly a year crafting and perfecting the tracklist right on his farm just outside of Nashville. Reflecting on his past and contemplating his future, Wallen delves into themes of self-reflection and personal growth throughout the album.

In a candid statement, Wallen expressed, “I have been a problem, for sure, and I’ve got no problem admitting that. But there are other sides to me as well. I’ve spent the last 11 months really trying to figure out, ‘Do I still want to be the problem? Is it time to move past that phase in my life?’ I think it probably is, and this might be the last time I get a chance to honestly say it,” shedding light on the inspiration behind the album title.

In addition to revealing the album’s release date, Wallen dropped two fresh singles from the project, titled “Just In Case” and “I’m A Little Crazy.” These newly released tracks join previously shared songs like the title track “I’m the Problem,” “Love Somebody,” “Smile,” and “Lies Lies Lies” on the album. Wallen also includes the heartfelt song “Superman,” which serves as a touching letter to his son, Indigo Wilder Wallen.

Following the album announcement, Wallen is set to return to Saturday Night Live (SNL) as a musical guest, with a performance scheduled for March 29th. As Wallen gears up for his SNL appearance, he is simultaneously preparing for his upcoming I’m The Problem Stadium Tour. This 20-date tour, featuring support from the likes of Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, and Koe Wetzel, will kick off in Houston, Texas in June and run through September, culminating in Edmonton, Alberta.

In addition to his stadium tour, Wallen will headline the Sand In My Boots Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, which features an exciting lineup of artists across three days and nights. With sold-out tickets and an incredible roster of performances, the festival promises to be a memorable event for fans.

As Wallen embarks on this exciting new chapter of his career, fans can stay up-to-date with all his latest music and tour information on his official website.
