The upcoming North to Shore Festival in New Jersey promises an exciting lineup of events from June 14 to June 29, encompassing various genres and featuring popular artists. Among the highlights of the festival are Hot 97’s Summer Jam, a massive hip-hop event, and L.L. Cool’s Rock the Bells festival, both scheduled to take place at The Prudential Center in Newark. The festival was introduced at a press conference on March 4 at The New Jersey Performing Arts Center, attended by key figures like Governor Murphy, First Lady Tammy Murphy, Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, and Asbury Park Mayor John Moor, emphasizing the festival’s importance and scale.

The festival, spearheaded by the Murphys and produced by NJPAC, aims to showcase a mix of world-renowned headliners and talented local artists, making it New Jersey’s largest and most diverse summer arts celebration. Beyond the four main cities hosting events – Newark, Asbury Park, Atlantic City, and Montclair – the festival will offer an array of performances and activities to suit different tastes and preferences. Additionally, a portion of the ticket proceeds will go towards Growing Healthy Pantries, a joint initiative addressing food security in collaboration with various organizations.
