Carly Pearce reveals expanded version of ‘Hummingbird’ album
Carly Pearce is gearing up for an exciting release as she prepares to launch a deluxe version of her highly-praised fourth studio album titled hummingbird: no rain, no flowers on March 14. This special edition will include five additional tracks, one of which is the fresh single “no rain” that was just revealed last week.
During her recent “hummingbird world tour,” Carly chose to showcase the new track as a token of appreciation for London following two unforgettable sold-out performances. The upcoming deluxe album, co-produced by Pearce herself, aims to build on the success of the original hummingbird album by delving deeper into sincere storytelling and embracing the roots of traditional country music.
Apart from the existing 14 tracks, which encompass the GRAMMY-nominated hit single “we don’t fight anymore” featuring Chris Stapleton and the current favorite “truck on fire,” the expanded version will introduce fans to three previously unreleased songs: “if looks could kill,” “heart first,” and “no rain.” Additionally, fans can look forward to acoustic Vevo renditions of well-loved classics “oklahoma” and “things i don’t chase.”
Carly Pearce’s current focus remains on spreading her music worldwide through the ongoing “hummingbird world tour.” This extensive 40-date tour is proudly sponsored by Conundrum Wines, with whom Carly has collaborated on a special Conundrum Red and White label edition. The themes of hummingbird are not just limited to the album but are seamlessly incorporated into the tour’s visuals, evident in Carly’s elaborate stage design that features a whimsical, nature-inspired backdrop with intricate wooden elements and a profusion of blossoms.
The tour is in full swing, progressing with a lineup of sold-out performances in the UK and Ireland, before Carly makes her way back to the United States for the final leg of the tour. Destinations in the US include Milwaukee, Columbus, Indianapolis, Houston, Tulsa, and Phoenix with the grand finale slated for May 16 in Nashville. Accompanying Carly on various tour dates are talented artists such as Karley Scott Collins, Matt Lang, Jess Moskaluke, and Wad. The hummingbird journey promises an unparalleled musical experience that fans across the globe are eagerly waiting to be a part of.
