Nickelback to Co-Headline Summer Festival with Creed in 1999 and Beyond
This summer in East Troy, WI, a blast from the past will take the stage as Nickelback and Creed headline the Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival. The lineup for the festival includes fellow rockers such as Live, Daughtry, Tonic, Our Lady Peace, Lit, 3 Doors Down, Sevendust, Mammoth WVH, Hinder, Vertical Horizon, and Fuel. The excitement for this event is heightened by the fact that it will be the first time Nickelback and Creed are sharing a stage since 1999.
Nickelback has been making waves with their Live From Nashville album, recorded during their “Get Rollin’ tour show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena in August 2023. They were joined by notable Music City stars such as Ernest, Josh Ross, and Brantley Gilbert, among others. To lead up to the festival in Wisconsin, Nickelback will also be performing at various festival dates in April and May on the Rock the Country tour, showcasing a lineup that includes Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr., Lynyrd Skynyrd, and others.
Creed, on the other hand, will be warming up for the festival with an appearance at the Stagecoach Festival in April, followed by arena dates in Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
The Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival promises to be a nostalgic celebration of rock music from the late ’90s and early 2000s. The event, set to take place at the Alpine Valley Music Theatre on July 18 and 19, offers fans a two-day ticket that grants entry to both shows. Tickets will go on sale at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, February 21, and cannot be split into single-day tickets for transfer.
Fans can look forward to reliving the heyday of rock music with this star-studded lineup featuring bands that dominated the music scene over two decades ago. The Summer of ’99 and Beyond Festival is a must-see event for rock music enthusiasts looking to experience the magic of the past while enjoying the energy of live performances from iconic bands.
