The incident led to the closure of the airport runway for several hours as emergency crews attended to the victims. The airport finally reopened at 9 p.m., following the completion of necessary investigations and clearance of the crash site, allowing normal operations to resume.

Five passengers were onboard the aircraft at the time of the crash, with one person succumbing to their injuries at the scene, while three others were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
