Lacuna Coil Releases New Single ‘Gravity’ From Album ‘Sleepless Empire’ – Rock Sound
Lacuna Coil has treated fans to a fresh taste of what’s to come on their forthcoming album ‘Sleepless Empire’ with the release of their latest single, ‘Gravity.’
In discussing the new track, the group explains, “Balance is a tricky thing to maintain, especially when we are faced with challenging times and find ourselves feeling lost and overwhelmed. How do we navigate tough situations? Do we reach out for help? Or do we withdraw into ourselves, creating a personal space away from everything else? We hope you enjoy ‘Gravity’ as much as we do and that it prompts you to reflect on the time at hand and how to make the most of it.”

‘Sleepless Empire’ marks the band’s 10th studio album and is scheduled for release on February 14 through Century Media Records.
Reflecting on the album’s themes, Lacuna Coil shares, “‘Sleepless Empire’ captures the chaos of a generation stuck in a world that never sleeps, where social media blurs individual identity and forces us closer to becoming empty shells. Observing the shift from an analog past to a digital present, we find ourselves caught in the struggle, seeking meaning in it all. The record is a journey of rebellion, a plea to rediscover oneself in a time that seems to have lost touch with reality and time itself.”
