Lo-Pan reveals latest album “Get Well Soon”

Exciting news for fans of hard rock band LO-PAN – they have a new album on the horizon! The Columbus, Ohio-based group is following up their 2019 album “Subtle” with a new release titled “Get Well Soon,” set to drop in April of this year through Magnetic Eye Records.

The album was recorded by Joe Viers at Sonic Lounge in Grove City, Columbus OH, mixed by Andrew Schneider at ACRE Audio in New York City, and mastered by Carl Saff at Saff Mastering in Chicago, IL. In conjunction with the album announcement, the band has also unveiled a new song from the upcoming album titled “The Good Fight.”

Drummer Jesse Bartz shared some insight into the songwriting process, mentioning that they worked on “The Good Fight” for four years before finalizing the track. Guitarist Chris Thompson described it as having a signature “LO-PANthem” quality, a term coined by Andrew Schneider during mixing. Vocalist Jeff Martin added that lyrically, the album’s theme revolves around the idea that things are irreparably broken.
